- Identify and evaluate Lending Partners for potential partnership opportunities aligned with the organization's goals and objectives.
- Develop a strategic roadmap for partnerships, outlining key focus areas, target industries, and potential collaborators.
- Foster relationships with external organizations, industry leaders, and key stakeholders to explore mutually beneficial partnerships.
- Lead negotiations with potential partners, ensuring favourable terms and conditions for the organization.
- Develop and structure partnership agreements, detailing responsibilities, benefits, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with legal and finance teams to ensure contracts comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for partnerships to measure the success and impact of collaboration efforts.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify new partnership opportunities.
- Conduct thorough market research and analysis to inform decision-making and strategy development
Key Requirements
- Proven experience of 3-7 years partnership development and management, preferably in the financial industry.
- Strong understanding of lending products, financial regulations, and industry trends.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically and execute effectively.
- Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment.
- Knowledge of legal and regulatory aspects related to partnerships.
