  • Develop a strategic roadmap for partnerships, outlining key focus areas, target industries, and potential collaborators.
  • Foster relationships with external organizations, industry leaders, and key stakeholders to explore mutually beneficial partnerships.
  • Lead negotiations with potential partners, ensuring favourable terms and conditions for the organization.
  • Develop and structure partnership agreements, detailing responsibilities, benefits, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Collaborate with legal and finance teams to ensure contracts comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for partnerships to measure the success and impact of collaboration efforts.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify new partnership opportunities.
  • Conduct thorough market research and analysis to inform decision-making and strategy development


Key Requirements

  • Proven experience of 3-7 years partnership development and management, preferably in the financial industry.
  • Strong understanding of lending products, financial regulations, and industry trends.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically and execute effectively.
  • Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment.
  • Knowledge of legal and regulatory aspects related to partnerships.
