Hillpad is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales & Partnerships Manager to drive our sales initiatives and develop strategic partnerships. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, managing relationships with educational institutions and partners, and contributing to our mission of making global education universally accessible.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development:
- Identify and target potential educational institutions, organizations, and partners for collaboration.
- Develop and execute strategies to drive sales and achieve revenue targets.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
Partnership Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential partners.
- Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements, ensuring alignment with Hillpad’s goals and values.
- Collaborate with partners to co-create value-added programs and initiatives.
Sales Strategy:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to promote Hillpad’s online courses and programs.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and pitches to prospective clients and partners.
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports on progress, challenges, and opportunities.
Client Engagement:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for partners and clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive experience throughout the sales process.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with the marketing, content development, and operations teams to ensure alignment and integration of sales efforts.
- Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance Hillpad’s visibility and credibility.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field. Master’s degree or relevant certifications is a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in sales, business development, or partnership management, preferably within the education technology or online learning sector.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing successful partnerships.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
- Familiarity with global education trends and market dynamics is an advantage.
