Role Summary:
As an HR Business Partner at NNIIT, you will work closely with business leaders, managers, and employees across the organization to design and deliver people strategies that support performance, engagement, and growth. You'll play a pivotal role in shaping our culture, scaling our teams, and supporting our employees throughout their journey—from onboarding to development to retention.
Key Responsibilities:1. Strategic People Partnering
- Act as a trusted advisor to department leaders, especially in Teaching, Technology, Product, and Operations
- Support organizational growth and team design aligned with business goals
- Collaborate on strategic initiatives including workforce planning, talent reviews, and succession planning
2. Employee Experience & Culture
- Champion NNIIT's values and help embed them across the employee lifecycle
- Manage and resolve employee relations issues with empathy and fairness
- Conduct pulse surveys, stay interviews, and exit interviews to continuously improve employee satisfaction
3. Talent Development & Performance
- Support performance management, feedback cycles, and career development frameworks
- Work with L&D and leadership to build growth pathways for online instructors, tech teams, and support functions
- Coach managers on effective leadership, team dynamics, and talent retention
4. HR Operations & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies (especially in multi-location teams)
- Collaborate with People Operations for seamless onboarding, offboarding, and employee transitions
- Use data and analytics to drive decisions around retention, engagement, and workforce planning
5. Special Projects
- Lead or support key people initiatives (e.g., DEI, remote work strategy, manager enablement, wellness programs)
- Partner with AI and Product teams to experiment with internal HR tech innovations for learning and engagement
Who You Are:
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 2 years as an HRBP or HR Generalist in a fast-growing tech or EdTech environment
- Strong business acumen and experience working with product, engineering, or teaching teams
- Comfortable working in a remote, high-growth, dynamic environment
- Excellent interpersonal, coaching, and influencing skills
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret HR metrics and analytics
- Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or related field (HR certification is a plus)
