Responsibilities:

The Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for leading and managing the recruitment process working closely with the Delivery Head. They ensure that the company attracts, hires, and retains the best talent while improving and innovating recruitment strategies. The role involves strategic planning, team management, and collaboration with various customers to meet their staffing needs.


Responsibilities: • Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives. • Forecast hiring needs based on business growth and workforce planning. • Monitor and analyze workforce trends and adjust recruitment strategies accordingly. • Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness. • Develop job descriptions and specifications in collaboration with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. • Manage job postings across various platforms and job boards. Screen, and evaluate candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals. • Utilize advanced sourcing techniques to attract passive candidates. • Interviews assess candidate qualifications and make recommendations to hiring managers. • the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding. • and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external recruitment partners. • it was an Update on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition to improve recruitment processes and outcomes continuously. • guidance and support to hiring managers on interviewing techniques, candidate assessment, and talent acquisition best practices. • in the development and implementation of recruitment policies, procedures, and tools to streamline and optimize the hiring process. • recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to management on hiring progress, candidate pipeline, and other key performance indicators. • Lead, mentor, and develop the talent acquisition team to achieve recruitment targets. • Provide ongoing training and development opportunities to team members. • Set performance goals and conduct regular performance reviews. • Develop and enhance the company's employer brand to attract top talent. • Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling recruitment marketing materials. • Participate in industry events, job fairs, and networking opportunities to promote the company as an employer of choice. • Track and analyze key recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, quality of hire). • Provide regular reports and insights to senior management on recruitment activities and outcomes. • Use data to identify areas for improvement and drive recruitment strategy adjustments.

Education and Experience: • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., PHR, SPHR) are a plus. • Experience: 13+ Years of Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in a managerial role. • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and team management abilities. • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions. • Interpersonal Skills: Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders. • Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational and time management skills. • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), HR software, and recruitment tools. understanding of Recruitment roles, employment laws, and industry trends.
