Experience: 13+ Years of Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in a managerial role.-
Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and team management abilities.-
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.-
Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.-
Interpersonal Skills: Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.-
Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational and time management skills.-
Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), HR software, and recruitment tools. understanding of Recruitment roles, employment laws, and industry trends.
