Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a SAP Recruiter at Aatral Technologies. The SAP Recruiter will be responsible for hiring, recruiting, consulting, IT recruitment, and conducting interviews to support the company's talent acquisition needs in Bengaluru.

Experience: Minimum 3 years to 5 years in SAP hiring

Location: Bangalore (Aatral Technologies)

Mode: Work from office

Notice period: Immediate or within 7 days

Type: Full time Employment

Qualifications

  • Hiring, Recruiting, and Consulting skills - particularly SAP ERP hiring Functional & Technical consultants
  • Proven track record of filling the positions within SLA and exceed the targets.
  • IT Recruitment and Interviewing skills
  • Client handling and daily business updates to Management and Business head.
  • Experience in SAP recruitment is preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Expert in MS-Excel and creating Business reports
  • Flexible and passion in Talent Acquisition domain
  • Capability of team handling
  • Active participation in Business and client meetings
  • Social media and Professional networking
  • Talent Acquistion initiatives and strategies
