Quality Analyst

Job Summary:

The Quality Analyst will be responsible for monitoring and evaluating the quality of products and services provided by the company. The ideal candidate will have a meticulous attention to detail and a strong understanding of quality assurance methodologies. They will work closely with various teams within the organization to identify areas for improvement and implement quality improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement quality control procedures, policies, and standards to ensure consistency and accuracy of products and services.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to assess compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Identify potential areas of improvement and develop action plans to enhance overall quality and efficiency.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather data, analyze trends, and provide recommendations for process improvements.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of quality control procedures and guidelines.
• Train employees on quality control standards and procedures, ensuring adherence to established protocols.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence of quality issues.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to quality to senior management.
• Lead and participate in the implementation of quality-related projects and initiatives.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in quality management and assurance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field (e.g., Quality Management, Business Administration, Engineering).
• Proven experience working as a Quality Analyst or in a similar quality assurance role.
• Strong knowledge of quality assurance methodologies, tools, and techniques.
• Solid understanding of regulatory requirements, industry standards, and best practices.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proficient in using quality management systems and software.
• Experience in conducting audits and inspections.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Six Sigma, ISO) are preferred
