Job Summary:
The Quality Analyst will be responsible for monitoring and evaluating the quality of products and services provided by the company. The ideal candidate will have a meticulous attention to detail and a strong understanding of quality assurance methodologies. They will work closely with various teams within the organization to identify areas for improvement and implement quality improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement quality control procedures, policies, and standards to ensure consistency and accuracy of products and services.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to assess compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Identify potential areas of improvement and develop action plans to enhance overall quality and efficiency.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather data, analyze trends, and provide recommendations for process improvements.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of quality control procedures and guidelines.
- Train employees on quality control standards and procedures, ensuring adherence to established protocols.
- Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence of quality issues.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to quality to senior management.
- Lead and participate in the implementation of quality-related projects and initiatives.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in quality management and assurance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field (e.g., Quality Management, Business Administration, Engineering).
- Proven experience working as a Quality Analyst or in a similar quality assurance role.
- Strong knowledge of quality assurance methodologies, tools, and techniques.
- Solid understanding of regulatory requirements, industry standards, and best practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficient in using quality management systems and software.
- Experience in conducting audits and inspections.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Six Sigma, ISO) are preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹300, ₹1,000,000.00 per year
