Key Responsibilities:-
In this Business Analyst job, you will be expected to:
- Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements.
- Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.
- Perform gap analysis, process mapping, and impact assessments.
- Work with development and QA teams to ensure timely, quality delivery.
- Provide support for enhancements, upgrades, and process improvements.
Must-Have Skills:-
- 5+ years of Business Analyst experience in the Insurance domain (mandatory).
- Strong requirement gathering, documentation, and communication skills, essential for a Business Analyst job.
- Experience in Agile methodology, user stories, and test case preparation.
- Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
