Key Responsibilities:-

In this Business Analyst job, you will be expected to:

  • Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements.
  • Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.
  • Perform gap analysis, process mapping, and impact assessments.
  • Work with development and QA teams to ensure timely, quality delivery.
  • Provide support for enhancements, upgrades, and process improvements.

Must-Have Skills:-

  • 5+ years of Business Analyst experience in the Insurance domain (mandatory).
  • Strong requirement gathering, documentation, and communication skills, essential for a Business Analyst job.
  • Experience in Agile methodology, user stories, and test case preparation.
  • Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
