Business Analysis Associate I

**JOB DESCRIPTION** Description**

The Credit Bureau Business Analysis Associate position is responsible for developing and maintaining key programs and projects for the Credit Bureau Operations team across all lines of business.

This is a CCB role for Credit Bureau Operations. The Analyst serves as an integral participant in the development of new programs and management thereof. In addition, they manage key projects to ensure data is furnished in accordance with Metro 2 guidelines and FCRA regulations.

Their program management, project management and data review and analysis skills are integral in their collection and presentation to leadership as to the identified opportunities in support of business integrity, unit or function activities.

Types of analysis and reporting will include but not limited to: presentation development, control oversight, evergreen reviews, data analysis, reporting, meeting facilitation, procedure writing and maintenance, communicating with leadership and stakeholders, managing cross line of business alignment.

**Responsibilities Include**:

- Serve as Metro 2 data expert as applicable to key functions in Credit Bureau Operations
- Execute monthly BAU reporting and suggest enhancements to reduce time and operating risk
- Write new or update existing procedures to ensure proper processes have been documented as it relates to said project
- Identify improvements/gaps and update BRD/request improvement to be completed
- Facilitate meetings with leadership and key stakeholder including minutes and evidence storage
- Produce trending metrics and evaluate anomalies
- Use project management skills to own key initiative end to end
- Develop presentations for various levels of management
- Drive process improvement ideas into implementation
- Collection and analysis of credit reporting data for deficiencies and implementation of processes to ensure data quality/integrity
- Analysis and creation of requisite modifications to existing processes
- Participate in data furnishing business initiatives and assist with all levels of metric reporting

**Qualifications**
- 2+ years FCRA/Metro 2 credit reporting experience
- Strong knowledge of Credit Bureau Disputes process
- Articulate, detail oriented, and ability to work independently
- Strong partnership and team building skills
- Must be able to meet deadline and manage stress.
- Prefer familiarity with cross line of business systems
- 2+ years Data Analysis preferred
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred
- Strong organizational, analytical and issue resolution skills
- Good oral and written communication skills, interpersonal skills, negotiation skills, and ability to influence
