**Job purpose**

As an Associate I - business operations, you will process all transactions (volume based) and ensure compliance to quality and timelines. Maintain effective relationships with clients both internal and external.

**What will you do?
- Check & audit sales, exchanges & refund transactions in accordance with IATA rules & airline policies
- Meet the productivity & quality standards
- Query tickets when in doubt // add to the query list as per defined process
- Highlight to the manger, tickets that are non-revenue yielding to facilitate automation
- Work on non-GDS refund Mgt when required (in accordance to airline process)

**What do you need to know?
- Experience in processing, accounting, or customer service preferred
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office
- Keen eye for detail
- Familiarity with office equipment use
- Commitment to exceptional customer care and serviceMeticulously perform the administrative
- Qualifications: Relevant Bachelors or masters degree
