We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Associate, Fund Administration I to join our Investment Management team. This role is located in Pune, Maharashtra - HYBRID.
**In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways**:
- Performs a variety of fund administration and compliance activities.
- Calculates daily fund position and cash reconciliations. Resolves discrepancies and escalates issues to more senior colleagues.
- Synthesizes, reports and assists in analyzing fund revenues, expenses, profitability and other key metrics.
- Works with clients to communicate fund expense and performance information, and answers straightforward questions about funds.
- Reviews fund data and monitors compliance with all regulatory, BNY and client specifications.
- Works with internal and external auditors to provide requested information.
- Compiles and assists in analyzing fund performance data for inclusion in Board of Directors report materials.
**To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following**:
- MBA Finance with good knowledge of financial products
- 2-3 years of total work experience in financial investments
- Analytical thinking and good interpretation skills
