Job Summary:
We seek a motivated and results-driven Lead Generator with over 3 years of experience in the IT industry. The ideal candidate will play a key role in identifying and developing new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving revenue growth through lead-generation strategies. You will collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to qualify leads, manage pipelines, and convert prospects into customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Research and identify potential clients and decision-makers in the IT sector through various channels (e.g., LinkedIn, email campaigns, networking, social media, etc.).
- Prospecting: Develop and implement lead generation strategies to create a consistent pipeline of qualified leads.
- Market Research: Conduct thorough market analysis to identify new trends, opportunities, and key decision-makers within target industries.
- Cold Outreach: Initiate contact with potential clients via cold calls, emails, and social media to build relationships and set up meetings.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads.
- Nurturing Leads: Engage in follow-up communications with prospects, providing additional information to move them through the sales funnel.
- Reporting: Analyse lead generation metrics and KPIs to measure effectiveness and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.Qualifications and Skills:
- 3+ years of proven experience in lead generation, specifically in the IT or tech industry.
- Strong knowledge of lead generation tools, CRM systems, and sales automation platforms.
- Proficiency in using LinkedIn, email marketing tools, and other networking platforms.
- Experience with outbound sales techniques, cold emailing, and cold calling.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer engagement.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to measure, track, and improve lead generation processes.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A proactive approach with a passion for driving growth and building relationships.Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in SaaS, Mobile App Development, Software development, or other IT services.
- Familiarity with using tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar CRM software.
