We are looking for a highly motivated Online Lead Generation Specialist to join our team. This role involves researching, generating, and qualifying leads to support our sales team, as well as ensuring a consistent pipeline of new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Lusha, ZoomInfo, and other lead generation tools to find and engage with prospects.
- Conduct thorough research to identify key decision-makers within target industries and organizations.
- Build and maintain a database of qualified leads, ensuring accurate and up-to-date contact information.
- Reach out to leads via email, LinkedIn, or other communication channels to initiate conversations and build relationships.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to pass on qualified leads and assist in creating a seamless handoff.
- Track and report on lead generation activities and conversion rates, optimizing strategies based on data.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects to nurture long-term opportunities.
- Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices for lead generation.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in lead generation using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Lusha, ZoomInfo, and similar platforms.
- Strong research skills and ability to gather insights on prospects and target markets.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage and build rapport with potential clients.
- Attention to detail and a results-driven mindset.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and lead management processes.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks.
- Experience in B2B lead generation or related fields is highly desirable.
