The Business Development Manager will
- Own and deliver revenue sales budget for his / her territory.
- Be responsible for customer / clinic acquisition manage customer relation and business development increasing the share of wallet.
- Provide first line support and be the first line of communication for customers / patients with regards to their queries in terms of product, treatment planning, course correction if determined by clinical experts.
- Provide on demand and at site scanning services as and when required.
- Arrange, organize and lead local marketing, training, technical and KOL events in their respective territory.
- Provide full visibility to management into the sales pipeline at every stage of development using CRM and necessary tools as implemented by the company from time to time.
- Understand the competitive landscape and market trends and share inputs with the management team from time to time.
- Maintain sales volume, product mix and selling price by assessing changing trends, and competitor activities.
- Support in execution of new product launch including competitor analysis and pricing strategies.
- Be responsible for maintaining total control on accounts receivables of their respective territories.
- Work collaboratively with marketing and clinical, patient support teams to deliver high level of customer satisfaction and build brand equity.
