Business Development Manager

Join ib vogt GmbH, a global leader in the development and delivery of high-quality large-scale turnkey photovoltaic (PV) plants, as a Business Development Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for generating enquiries, collections, and servicing of medium to larger scale ground mounted solar projects in Maharashtra for Captive & Group Captive Business.
Key Responsibilities:- Prospecting and identifying potential power consumers in the state of Maharashtra for Group Captive PPAs or Captive Investments
- Developing suitable channel partners for fast conversion of potential clients to Clients
- Preparing offers/term sheets/LOIs, negotiating and closing orders and collect receivables
- Timely preparation and presentation of MIS to management
- Supporting HQ team to ensure that timelines for project finalization and commissioning as agreed with customers and senior management are always met
- 7+ year experience in techno-commercial B2B sales in Solar Industry
- Strong understanding of group captive PPAs, Open Access regulations, Power Markets in Indian, Solar Parks in the State of Maharashtra
- Prior experience in handling large-scale projects and key account management
