About the Role:-

We're looking for a dynamic and goal-driven
Inside Sales Executive
with at least
1 year of experience
in telesales or customer interaction roles. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to close sales efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:-

  • Handle
    inbound & outbound calls
    to generate sales.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
  • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly
    sales targets
    .
  • Maintain CRM records and follow up with potential leads.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team for lead conversion.
  • Ensure excellent
    customer experience
    through professional interaction.

Required Skills:-

  • 1+ year experience
    in Inside Sales, Telesales, or similar roles
  • Excellent
    verbal communication & interpersonal skills
  • Strong
    objection handling
    and persuasive skills
  • Basic knowledge of
    Excel/CRM tools
  • Ability to thrive in a
    target-driven environment
