Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a B2B - Inside Sales Specialist located in Noida. The Inside Sales Specialist will be responsible for generating leads, managing customer relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and effectively communicating with clients. Daily tasks will include prospecting potential clients, identifying business opportunities, negotiating deals, and maintaining a high level of customer service.

  • Proficiency in Inside Sales and Lead Generation
  • Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service
  • Excellent Communication abilities
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
  • Experience in B2B sales is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
