You will be part of the Business Growth & Development Team
The Business Growth Executive will play a critical role in driving the growth of the agency by generating leads, creating funnels, and helping senior team members in closing deals.
Key Responsibilities:
Growing business through the development of new leads and new contacts.
Attending networking events to attract and retain clients.
Identifying new revenue opportunities.
Building business relationships with current and potential clients.
Developing and executing sales and marketing strategies to grow business.
Maintaining and updating sales, marketing, and business development documentation.
Collaborating with management on sales goals.
Support the team with other responsibilities as required.
Generate leads through cold calling, email, platforms , Expo and social media
Qualify leads by conducting research and determining their fit with our services
Follow up with leads to schedule meetings and discuss their needs
Help understand client needs and provide input for building pitches with senior management.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and progress in our CRM
Requirements :
Education: Graduation or Bachelor's Degree in advertising, marketing or a relevant field (Mandatory)
Experience: 0 to 1 year minimum in Digital Marketing Agency, Branding , Creative & Advertising Agency.
Interested or looking to develop a career in the Digital Marketing field.
Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a similar field.

Quick thinking/Strong presence of mind
Excellent verbal and written communication
Knowledge and proficient usage of Microsoft Office
Able to work independently and is a self-starter
Work with agency principals and clients on strategic positioning and planning.
Participate in business development presentations and meetings as appropriate.
Joining: Immediate and the candidate should have their own laptop.
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Work Model : Hybrid Model
