Social Media Engagement:
Develop and implement strategies to enhance the brand's presence on social media platforms. Create viral and shareable content to increase brand awareness and engagement.

Innovative Marketing Campaigns:
Ideate, plan, and execute innovative marketing campaigns that resonate with the target audience. Explore emerging trends and technologies to stay ahead in the competitive landscape.

Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and sales, to align growth initiatives with overall business goals and objectives.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Digital Growth Hacker, specifically in E-commerce and B2C environments.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using data analytics tools.
  • In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, including SEO, social media, and paid advertising.
  • Experience with customer segmentation, personalization, and retention strategies.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and tools.
  • Creativity and a track record of executing successful growth initiatives.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 5 years of experience in digital marketing, growth hacking, or a similar role
