Growth ( Tech ) Executive

**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a Growth Executive (Entry Level) to join our dynamic Growth team. In this role, you will have the responsibility of overseeing our communication infrastructure and working closely with the Growth Lead. Your focus will be to streamline and o ptimize chat and call interactions, utilizing conversational AI technologies. By analyzing customer sentiment and extracting insights, you will contribute to improving engagement through modified communication funnels. Your strong analytical skills and ability to understand customer sentiments will be vital in driving our growth strategy. **Primary Responsibilities**
- Engage in designing, testing, and implementing conversational AI flows for automatic user query resolution.
- Vigilantly scrutinize user experiences within the communication funnel, discerning challenges, and swiftly offering targeted solutions.
- Employ data analysis techniques to thoroughly examine user interactions, generating insights that pave the way for enhancements in automated query resolution.
- Assist on cross-functional efforts across marketing, tech, commercial, finance, etc. to prepare the analysis required to evaluate business and market opportunities
- Assist and collaborate with senior leaders and their teams across the organization to set priorities, goals and implement the strategic initiatives
- Assist new opportunities across the organization, work collaboratively to identify critical business needs and remove key roadblocks and enable

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree (in Engineering/Data Science preferred but not mandatory).
- Intermediate working knowledge of Python programming, API Integration and Json Structure.
- 1-2 Years of experience is preferred, not mandatory if you have the right skills for the job
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to extract insights from data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Self-motivated and proactive, with a passion for continuous learning and staying updated with industry trends.
- Prior experience working with conversational AI technologies (Preferred but not mandatory)

**Freshers having a knack to solve analytical problems & basic knowledge of Python can apply.**

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
