Skills required:
1. Automations via services like Zapier/Make:
- Ability to create multi-step workflows that connect different apps and automate tasks across them (e.g., automatically generating personalized emails based on new entries in Google Sheets).- Integrating various tools like Google Sheets, Slack and Click-up.
2. Building no-code apps for data collection via tools like Sheets/Cursor/Replit/Claude Artifacts:
• Understanding of how to build and deploy internal web applications without code.
• Creating custom dashboards or interfaces for managing automations and monitoring results.
Bonus:
1. Experience with Airtable
• Proficiency in using Airtable as a database to manage data and trigger automated workflows.
• Organizing and managing contacts, and automatically generating email lists and personalized content.
2. Experience with Retool:
• Ability to build internal tools, dashboards, and interfaces quickly using drag-and-drop components.
• Building interfaces to manage data, trigger automated workflows, or monitor AI-generated content.
• Building complex automations that require integration with various services, like automating web data extraction and email personalization.
3. Build your own GPTs / AI agent assistants to automate your own tasks
- Experience in creating and deploying AI assistants to automate tasks and improve workflow efficiency.
The ideal candidate will:
1. Execute creative growth hacking initiatives throughout each project lifecycle, we are launching new product monthly.2. Build automations and leverage AI tools to optimize efficiency.3. Independently scrape websites for data and insights.4. Design and run frequent experiments (multiple experiments per week) to measure impact on revenue and user growth5. Thrive in a dynamic, underdog environment

Important Notes:
- Don't apply to this job if your growth hacking strategies in the past have relied solely on advertising budgets. Our team currently does not spend on advertising, and we’re looking for someone who can drive growth without relying on paid ads.- You're the right fit if you thrive in a startup environment, if you don't know what that means this might not be the right fit for you.- This role is highly self-directed. You will be given goals such as customer acquisition targets or transaction volume targets, and it's up to you to figure out how to achieve them. You are of course supported throughout this process as you'll work directly with me (the Co-founder).- This is a demanding role at a fast-moving startup. Compensation: Base salary + commission on transaction volume
Role: This is a contractor role with an opportunity to convert into a full-time role.
