Job Summary
This role focuses on driving product growth through creative, data-driven strategies that enhance our brand visibility and customer acquisition. You will own the entire growth process, from market research to experimentation and execution, while ensuring alignment with the company’s overall business goals. As we scale, you’ll also lead and expand a marketing team to meet the increasing demand.
Key Responsibilities
Growth Strategy Development
- Develop and implement innovative growth strategies specifically tailored for our HR Tech SaaS product.- Design data-driven marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility and drive user acquisition.- Create and implement low-cost, high-impact growth tactics to boost product awareness in target markets.
Product-Market Fit Optimization
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify growth opportunities and optimize product-market fit.- Collaborate with sales, product, marketing, and leadership teams to validate product-market fit using real-time data and feedback.- Run hypothesis-driven experiments to test new growth initiatives, channels, and product positioning.
Data Analysis and Reporting
- Analyze customer data and product metrics to identify growth opportunities, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.- Track, analyze, and report on key growth metrics like CAC, LTV, conversion rates, and customer adoption.- Use A/B testing, data-driven insights, and customer feedback to guide decision-making and optimize growth efforts.
Customer Acquisition and Retention
- Designed and executed innovative customer acquisition campaigns using content marketing, social media, paid advertising, SEO, and other digital marketing channels.- Develop strategies to retain existing customers and increase customer lifetime value through engagement, referral programs, and upselling strategies.
Virality and Brand Building
- Create viral growth loops by encouraging word-of-mouth, social sharing, and customer advocacy.- Develop and refine the brand narrative to build credibility and trust in the HR Tech SaaS space.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with product, engineering, and sales teams to ensure growth initiatives align with product development and customer needs.- Lead the development of targeted marketing content and campaigns that resonate with the HR industry and enterprise buyers.
Team Leadership and Scaling
- Act as a hands-on individual contributor while leading and growing a marketing team to scale with company growth.- Train, mentor, and manage junior marketers as the team expands.
