Success looks like crisp problem statements, fast iterations, and measurable impact. This role partners closely with Design, Marketing, and Founders; strong performers receive PPO with ESOPs after the 6-month internship. Responsibilities Translate user problems into PRDs, wireframes, and click-through prototypes (Figma). Map user journeys, edge cases, and acceptance criteria; keep scope tight. Run lean user research: quick interviews, feedback calls, and usability tests. Ship 0→1 experiments with engineering/design; document in Notion. Track outcomes (activation, retention proxies, qualitative signals) in Sheets/GA/Amplitude. Communicate progress with clear async updates and demo reviews. Qualifications Strong written communication; structured thinking; bias to ship. Basic Figma (autolayout, components, prototyping) and Notion/Docs hygiene. Comfort with user research and synthesizing insights. Bonus: analytics basics (funnels, cohorts), SQL/Sheets chops. Curious, respectful collaborator; open to feedback. What success looks like (30/60/90) 30: You’ve shipped a small flow improvement with measurable lift. 60: You own a scoped problem area with a research → prototype → test loop. 90: You’ve shipped an MVP and a follow-up iteration with learnings documented.
