Job Summary:

We are looking for a Product Development Manager to lead end-to-end product innovation — from concept and formulation to launch. The role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to develop high-quality, compliant, and market-ready products aligned with regulatory standards and consumer health trends.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage full product development cycle — ideation, formulation, testing, and commercialization.
  • Collaborate with R&D, Quality, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams.
  • Research global trends in nutraceuticals, longevity, and functional foods.
  • Develop formulations compliant with FSSAI, GMP, and international standards.
  • Conduct stability studies, pilot runs, and sensory evaluations.
  • Partner with research institutions, suppliers, and contract manufacturers.
  • Maintain accurate regulatory and technical documentation.
  • Improve existing product lines for quality, cost, and scalability.

Key Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of Nutraceuticals, Pharma, and Functional Ingredients.
  • Understanding of FSSAI, GMP, CDSCO, ISO regulations.
  • Innovative thinker with strong analytical and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Knowledge of biotechnology and preventive health trends is a plus.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Food Science, or Life Sciences.
  • 4–7 years of experience in Product Development (Pharma/Nutraceutical/FMCG).
  • Proven record of launching science-backed products compliant with regulatory standards.
