Our mission is to empower individuals with products that enhance cellular health, vitality, and overall longevity. We are looking for a Product Development Manager who will lead the formulation and development of new-age nutraceuticals, functional foods, and health supplements that align with Decode Age’s mission of helping people live healthier, longer lives.  Role Overview The Product Development Manager will be responsible for driving product innovation from concept to launch, ensuring high-quality, compliant, and scientifically validated formulations. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Pharma, Nutraceuticals, and FMCG product development, with strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks and consumer health trends.  Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end product development — from ideation, formulation, and prototyping to commercialization. Work closely with the R&D, Quality, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams to translate scientific insights into market-ready products. Research emerging global trends in nutraceuticals, longevity science, and functional foods to identify innovation opportunities. Develop and optimize formulations in compliance with FSSAI, GMP, and international standards. Conduct stability studies, pilot runs, and sensory evaluations to ensure product efficacy and quality. Collaborate with external research partners, raw material suppliers, and contract manufacturers. Ensure thorough documentation for regulatory submissions and internal records. Evaluate existing product lines for continuous improvement, scalability, and cost optimization. Maintain a strong scientific foundation behind every product, aligning with Decode Age’s evidence-based philosophy.  Key Skills & Competencies Strong expertise in nutraceuticals, pharma formulations, and functional ingredients. Knowledge of biotechnology, anti-aging science, and preventive health trends is a plus. Understanding of regulatory and quality systems – FSSAI, CDSCO, GMP, ISO. Innovative and strategic mindset with a passion for wellness and longevity. Excellent communication and project management skills. Ability to lead cross-functional collaboration and manage multiple development projects simultaneously.  Qualifications & Experience Master’s degree in pharmacy, Biotechnology, Food Science, or Life Sciences. 4-7 years of experience in Product Development within Pharma, Nutraceutical, or FMCG sectors. Proven success in launching new formulations and products in compliance with health regulations.  Performance Indicators Timely delivery of new product launches. Innovation index – introduction of unique, science-backed formulations. Regulatory and quality compliance adherence. Cost efficiency and process optimization. Market performance of launched products.
