As a Product Manager at GEMGEM, it's a pivotal role in defining and driving the vision, strategy, and execution of our products. You will serve as the crucial link between cross-functional teams, engineering, design, marketing, sales, and operations, ensuring the delivery of innovative, customer-centric solutions that align with our business goals. This role demands a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills, technical acumen, and a relentless focus on user experience

The Role
Key Responsibilities
Technical Skills

  • Strong understanding of web and mobile development technologies
  • Proficiency with project management tools like JIRA, Trello, or Asana
  • Ability to use analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or similar

Product Management Skills

  • Conduct comprehensive market and user research
  • Develop and manage product roadmaps
  • Perform feature prioritization aligned with business goals
  • Apply UX principles to create seamless user experiences
  • Work collaboratively in Agile/Scrum development environments

Leadership & Collaboration

  • Lead and motivate cross-functional teams
  • Work closely with developers, designers, marketers, and operations
