Technical Skills Strong understanding of web and mobile development technologies. Proficiency in project management tools like JIRA, Trello, or Asana. Familiarity with data analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or similar. 2. Product Management Skills Market Research: Ability to conduct market research and analyze consumer needs. Product Roadmapping: Experience in creating and managing product roadmaps. Feature Prioritization: Skilled in prioritizing features based on business goals and user needs. User Experience (UX): Understanding of UX principles and practices. Agile Methodology: Experience working in agile development environments. 3. Leadership and Collaboration Team Leadership: Proven ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams. Collaboration: Strong collaboration skills to work with developers, designers, marketers, and other stakeholders. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 4. Strategic Thinking Visionary: Ability to develop and articulate a clear product vision that aligns with the company's goals. Analytical: Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions. Problem-Solving: Creative problem-solving abilities to address challenges and identify opportunities. 5. Customer Focus Customer-Centric: Deep understanding of customer needs and the ability to translate them into product features. Feedback Utilization: Experience in gathering and utilising customer feedback to improve products. 6. Financial Acumen Budget Management: Experience in managing budgets and resources efficiently. ROI Analysis: Ability to analyse the return on investment (ROI) for product features and initiatives. Requirements: 1. Soft Skills Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and company priorities. Time Management: Excellent organisational and time management skills. Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail to ensure high-quality product delivery. 2. Professional Experience Minimum 5 + years of experience in product management, preferably in e-commerce or marketplace platforms. Proven track record of successfully managing all aspects of a product throughout its lifecycle. Experience in the jewellery industry is an advantage but not a necessity. 3.
