**JOB PURPOSE**:
To support the production team in the planning, execution, and wrap-up of events, while gaining hands-on experience in the event production industry. The Production Intern will assist in technical coordination, vendor communication, and on-site logistics to ensure successful delivery of projects.

**ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Assist the production executive with event planning and coordination activities
- Help prepare production checklists and event documentation
- Coordinate with the warehouse team for event-related materials and logistics
- Support in organizing production schedules and monitoring timelines
- Learn and understand the technical elements used in event setups
- Participate in venue recces and assist in preparing audiovisual documentation
- Communicate requirements to vendors under supervision
- Help manage labor and freelance teams on event days
- Take part in pack-up and post-event processes
- Ensure that SOPs and company guidelines are followed
- Maintain proper records of production material, logistics, and vendor details
- Assist in preparing cost estimates and actual cost reports
- Support in sourcing materials for events when required
- Provide support during the event day to coordinate operations smoothly
- Help troubleshoot on-ground challenges under the guidance of senior team members
- Ensure effective communication with internal teams, vendors, and partners
- Take part in review meetings and incorporate feedback
- Perform any other task assigned by the production team or top management.

**KNOWLEDGE, TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED FOR JOB**

**Education**:

- Pursuing or completed a degree/diploma in Event Management, Mass Communication, Media, Business, or related fields

**Experience**:

- Not mandatory, but prior internship or volunteering experience in events will be an added advantage

**Skills Required**:

- Basic knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Good communication skills (verbal and written)
- Willingness to learn and adapt quickly
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- A proactive and positive attitude
- Interest in event management and production processes

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
