Position: Pricing Analyst

Experience: 3+ Years

Qualification: MBA or equivalent

Shift: UK Shift ,2pm-11pm

Salary: Up to ₹45,000

Industry: Footwear (E-commerce, Global Markets)

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Pricing Analyst who can manage and optimize product pricing to increase overall profitability. The candidate should have strong business understanding, hands-on experience with e-commerce platforms, and the ability to analyse international pricing trends. Our company sells footwear worldwide, so marketplace knowledge is essential.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Pricing Strategy & Optimization

Create, update, and manage product pricing across global e-commerce platforms

Improve profitability through smart pricing decisions

Identify under-performing products and suggest pricing improvements

Work with cross-functional teams to maintain healthy profit margins

  1. Marketplace Performance Management

Strong knowledge of global e-commerce marketplaces (Amazon, eBay, Walmart, Shopify, etc.)

Monitor product performance, sales trends, and category competitiveness

Support listing teams to ensure pricing updates reflect accurately on all channels

  1. Competitor & Market Analysis

Track competitor pricing regularly

Benchmark our prices with market trends

Recommend pricing changes to stay competitive while improving profit

Analyse category demand, seasonality, and customer behaviour

  1. Profitability & Data Analysis

Monitor margins, fees, shipping costs, and other pricing factors

Work closely with finance and operations to ensure profitability targets

Prepare weekly & monthly pricing performance reports

Use data tools to optimize pricing decisions

  1. Coordination & Execution

Closely coordinate with operations, product, and marketing teams

Manage price changes for promotions, sales events, and new launches

Ensure pricing accuracy across all marketplaces

Required Skills & Qualifications

MBA or equivalent degree (mandatory)

Minimum 3 years of pricing or e-commerce analytics experience

Strong understanding of global e-commerce marketplaces

Excellent analytical, numerical, and Excel skills

Good understanding of profitability, margins, and pricing structure

Business acumen and problem-solving mindset

Ability to work independently in UK shift timing

Preferred Skills

Experience in footwear or fashion category

Familiarity with marketplace tools, pricing software, and data dashboards

Strong communication and coordinations

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
