We are hiring an
Operations Executive
for the Leasing / Asset Financing industry. The role involves assisting with day-to-day operational activities, maintaining accurate documentation, and coordinating with internal teams, clients, and vendors. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, well-organized, and eager to grow in leasing and asset management operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in day-to-day operational activities related to leasing and asset management.
  • Maintain accurate documentation, agreements, and lease records.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for contract execution, invoicing, and compliance.
  • Act as a point of contact for clients, vendors, and stakeholders for operational queries.
  • Ensure timely communication and follow-ups for smooth business operations.
  • Support adherence to regulatory and company compliance standards.
  • Prepare operational reports, MIS, and data tracking for management review.
  • Assist in identifying gaps in operational workflows and suggest improvements.
  • Support automation and digitization initiatives in leasing operations.

Key Skills Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
  • Up to 2 years of experience in operations (leasing, financial services, or asset management preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Understanding of leasing contracts, invoicing, and compliance (preferred).
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work under deadlines with attention to detail.
