We are hiring a Customer Relation Executive to manage customer interactions, resolve queries, and ensure a seamless customer experience. The role involves handling calls, emails, and chats, maintaining customer records, and coordinating with internal teams to solve issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly via calls, emails, and chats
- Resolve complaints and provide appropriate solutions
- Maintain accurate customer records in CRM- Coordinate with internal teams to follow up on customer issues - Ensure high customer satisfaction and build long-term relationships
Skills Required:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
