We are hiring a Customer Relation Executive to manage customer interactions, resolve queries, and ensure a seamless customer experience. The role involves handling calls, emails, and chats, maintaining customer records, and coordinating with internal teams to solve issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries promptly via calls, emails, and chats
  • Resolve complaints and provide appropriate solutions
    - Maintain accurate customer records in CRM- Coordinate with internal teams to follow up on customer issues
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction and build long-term relationships

Skills Required:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Problem-solving attitude
    - Good knowledge of CRM tools- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
