Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Hyderabad for a CX Domain Expert – Customer Experience & AI Solutions. The role involves designing and implementing customer experience strategies, leveraging AI solutions to enhance CX, and collaborating with clients and internal teams to deliver exceptional service. The CX Domain Expert will also be responsible for analyzing customer feedback, identifying areas for improvement, and ensuring the effective use of Genesys products to meet client needs.

Qualifications

  • Experience in designing and implementing CX strategies
  • Proficiency with AI solutions and their application in CX
  • Knowledge of Genesys products, specifically Genesys Cloud CX and Genesys Multicloud CX
  • Strong analytical skills for customer feedback analysis and improvement identification
  • Excellent collaboration skills to work with clients and internal teams
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
