As a lead in customer experience, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the customer journey across web and mobile platforms.
This position is at the intersection of product, technology, and delivery – ensuring seamless, secure, and high-performing experiences through digital channels. Your primary responsibility will be to translate business and product vision into actionable deliverables that meet the evolving needs of customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Product Ownership: Define and own the roadmap for CX across web and mobile platforms, driving strategic decisions and prioritizing features that enhance user experience.
- Tech Readiness & System Integration: Validate technical feasibility, collaborate with engineering teams, and oversee API contracts, secure integrations, and performance optimization to ensure seamless integration readiness.
- Customer Journey & Experience Optimization: Collaborate with design and platform leads to ensure native UI/UX, embed analytics and tracking tools, and partner with MarTech to design personalized campaigns and customer journey mapping.
- 7–10 years of experience in digital product/app delivery, with a strong grasp of web (React/Next.js) and native mobile ecosystems.
- Familiarity with API contracts, backend integrations, and middleware interactions.
- Hands-on experience with app lifecycle tools (Firebase, Crashlytics, Appsflyer, Fastlane).
