Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented UX/CX Lead Consultant to join our innovative team. This is a strategic role for a professional who excels in user-centric design, customer journey optimization, and collaborative project leadership. You will lead cross-functional efforts to deliver engaging, effective, and high-quality user and customer experiences aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Planning & Execution

- Develop and execute detailed project plans for UX/CX initiatives, including scope, timelines, and resource planning.
- Align project outcomes with organizational objectives to drive customer engagement and satisfaction.

Experience Design Leadership

- Lead multidisciplinary teams in the design of intuitive and impactful user experiences and customer journeys.
- Foster a creative, user-focused culture that values continuous improvement and innovation.

Stakeholder Communication

- Serve as the primary liaison between stakeholders, technical teams, and end users.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather input, clarify requirements, and present UX/CX strategies and insights.

Research & Insight Generation

- Conduct qualitative and quantitative research, usability testing, and journey mapping.
- Synthesize insights into actionable strategies that improve user satisfaction and business outcomes.

Risk & Quality Management

- Identify potential risks to project delivery and implement mitigation plans proactively.
- Ensure all UX/CX solutions meet high standards of usability, accessibility, and design quality through iterative validation.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Psychology, or a related field (Master's preferred).
- Proven experience as a UX/CX Consultant or similar role, ideally within a digital or technical environment.
- Proficient in user experience design, customer journey mapping, and design thinking methodologies.
- Hands-on experience with tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Axure, or equivalent.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

- Certifications in UX Design, CX Management, Design Thinking, or related areas.
- Experience working with Agile or hybrid project management methodologies.
- Familiarity with accessibility standards and inclusive design principles.
