NSM – LAS Product

NSM – LAS Product

will be responsible for,

 Build and lead a high-performing sales force team, comprising:o Digital Lending Partnershipo IFA Partnership Teamo Stock Broker Team & many more Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve target-oriented goals & expand customer base. Conduct book-building exercises to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities. Foster strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, including IFAs, stockbrokers, and PMS teams. Drive sales growth and revenue expansion through effective team management, training, and performancemonitoring. Collaborate with internal teams, including Product, Marketing, and Operations, to ensure aligned sales strategiesand effective product positioning. Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform sales strategies and optimize results. Meet and exceed sales targets, while maintaining a customer-centric approach.

Eligibility
