NSM – LAS Product
will be responsible for,
Build and lead a high-performing sales force team, comprising:o Digital Lending Partnershipo IFA Partnership Teamo Stock Broker Team & many more Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve target-oriented goals & expand customer base. Conduct book-building exercises to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities. Foster strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, including IFAs, stockbrokers, and PMS teams. Drive sales growth and revenue expansion through effective team management, training, and performancemonitoring. Collaborate with internal teams, including Product, Marketing, and Operations, to ensure aligned sales strategiesand effective product positioning. Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform sales strategies and optimize results. Meet and exceed sales targets, while maintaining a customer-centric approach.

Eligibility
Min. 10+ years’ experience in Lending/Asset sales, with 5+ year’s work experience in LAS businessdevelopment with revenue linked KPIs Experience in financial services is highly preferred MBA or equivalent degree from eminent institution; Financial certifications a huge plus Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
