RAS operates from both Mumbai andRaipur.PositionSummary: This is a fulltimeonsite role located in Lower Parel Mumbai. We are on the lookoutfor an experienced D2C Lead with a robust understanding of thedirecttoconsumer market and a proven track record in managing allfacets of a D2C business model. This role demands a strategicleader who can drive our D2C initiatives from customer acquisitionand conversion through performance marketing to managing logisticsand backend operations efficiently. The ideal candidate will beadept at leveraging data to inform decisions optimizing thecustomer journey and leading crossfunctional teams to achieve ourbusiness goals.KeyResponsibilities:
  • Strategizedevelop and execute a comprehensive D2C plan that encompasses allstages of the customer lifecycle from discovery and purchase tofulfillment and retention.
  • Oversee and optimizeperformance marketing efforts across all digital platformsincluding but not limited to SEO SEM social media (Meta Instagrametc.) and email marketing ensuring high ROI on marketingspend.
  • Manage the ecommerce platform ensuringseamless integration of frontend and backend operations includingproduct listings customer service tools payment processing andinventory management systems.
  • Utilize analyticsand customer feedback to continuously refine the D2C strategyimproving customer experience increasing conversion rates andenhancing operational efficiency.
  • Lead andmentor a multidisciplinary team fostering a culture of innovationaccountability and continuousimprovement.
  • Collaborate with productdevelopment supply chain and IT teams to ensure product offeringsinventory levels and technology infrastructure align with D2Cobjectives and customer expectations.
  • Prepareand manage the D2C budget forecasting sales targets and reportingon performance metrics to stakeholders and seniormanagement.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field. An MBA orequivalent is preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 yearsexperience in a leadership role within the D2C space with acomprehensive understanding of digital marketing ecommerce andbackend operations.
  • Demonstrable success inscaling D2C operations with a portfolio of strategies that havedriven growth customer satisfaction and operationalefficiency.
  • Expertise in digital marketingtools and platforms analytics software and ecommercetechnologies.
  • Strong analytical skills with anability to translate data into actionableinsights.
  • Exceptional leadership qualities withexperience in managing crossfunctional teams and fostering acollaborative work environment.
  • Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills capable of engaging withstakeholders at alllevels.
