About Our Client

Our client is a renowned player in the Pharmaceutical sector, boasting a workforce of over 1500 employees. They are distinguished for their innovative customer centric platform, providing solutions across India.

Job Description

Direct the strategic vision for product development in the technology & product department. Lead cross-functional teams in the implementation of new digital products with scale. Develop business cases for new product initiatives. Work closely with Sales and Marketing teams to ensure product alignment with market needs. Oversee product lifecycle from conception to launch. Track and analyse product performance metrics. Identify and address product-related issues promptly. Maintain knowledge of industry trends and competitor offerings.

The Successful Applicant

8-12 years of overall experience in product development and management with strong experience demonstrated in building highly scalable products from 0 to 1. Exposure to the complete product/project lifecycle, built it from scratch and worked till closure (at least 3 years in a single project) High customer centricity, should have worked in customer facing environments with ability to adapt and change course of product basis research and customer feedbacks. Prior experience in B2C/D2C product companies with a preference from the startup ecosystem. Qualification : From a pedigree institution is highly preferred
