Position Overview :

As the VP of New Business Acquisition , you will drive the growth of Publicis Production by identifying and securing new business opportunities in the realm of ad films and branded content production. You will work closely with the leadership and production teams to build long-term client relationships, develop strategic partnerships, and deliver integrated solutions to clients across creative, media, and production services.


Key Responsibilities :

  • New Business Development : Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including potential clients and partnerships, to drive revenue growth in ad films and branded content production.
  • Strategic Partnerships : Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including creative agencies, brands, and marketing teams, to secure and manage integrated production deals.
  • Client Engagement : Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective clients, ensuring their needs align with our production capabilities and offerings.
  • Market Intelligence : Stay ahead of industry trends, particularly in content marketing, creative media production, and integrated solutions, to inform business development strategies.
  • Proposal Leadership : Lead the creation of tailored proposals and pitches for potential clients, highlighting our end-to-end production services and full-funnel solutions.
  • Collaboration : Work cross-functionally with creative, production, and account management teams to ensure seamless service delivery and execution of client projects.
  • Leadership and Team Building : Mentor and develop a team of business development professionals to support growth objectives and build a robust sales pipeline.
  • Reporting & Analytics : Track and analyze business acquisition efforts, delivering insights to the leadership team and optimizing strategies for better results.


Requirements :

  • Proven experience (10+ years) in account management (worked on pitches), business development, sales, or new business acquisition within the advertising, production, or branded content sectors.
  • A strong network within the media, advertising, and creative industries.
  • Experience in leading integrated production solutions across creative, media, and production.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strategic thinker with a passion for innovative production solutions.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
  • Leadership experience, with a proven track record of managing and growing high-performing teams.
