D2C Executive

A LITTLE BIT ABOUT THE ROLE:
We are seeking a D2C Executive for an Indian beauty brand. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving and implementing our D2C strategy.

Your role involves optimising the online customer journey, managing website operations, helping to drive the retention strategy, and analysing data to improve performance.

Join us in creating delightful experiences for our customers and growing our brand's online presence.

WHAT YOU WILL YOU BE DOING:

  • Drive customer acquisition, retention and growth through digital marketing and a seamless customer experience online.
  • Develop customer understanding trough customer data, contributing to the overall analysis of the consumer path to purchase.
  • Drive growth, develop, propose and implement creative solutions to drive and convert more visitors.
  • Work closely with Brand Manager to define the brand priorities and action plans.
  • Ensure that the brand online journey is consistent with overall brand standards and strategies
  • Ensure user experience of the website including design & aesthetics, content, navigation, branding/marketing, performance, checkout funnel.
  • Activate the rights business drivers by tracking and drawing conclusions form specific ecommerce KPI's (unique visitors, conversion rate, bounce rate, profit optimisation)
  • Manage and challenge the performance media agency
  • Provide SEO/SEM and Digital Marketing through innovation and process improvements together with agencies (media, SEO).
  • Ensure the respect of the allocated budget and propose its optimisation
  • Monitor the online local market & competition activities.
  • Stay up to date with main online channels (Facebook, Google, display) awareness and performance solutions/products.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO BE GREAT IN THIS ROLE:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a D2C online business
  • Must have earlystage start/up or new brand launch experience
  • Hands on experience of executing marketing campaigns for consumer brands
  • Datadriven mindset with excellent analytical and problemsolving skills
  • Very good knowledge of digital conversion media
  • Very good communication skills to inspire collaboration with all stakeholders.
  • Passion to discover and strategise emerging trends & consumer behaviours.
  • Good level of English.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
