About the Role
RocketPay is looking for a driven and proactive Recruitment Executive to join our team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for sales roles, with a strong focus on field sales hiring. This includes sourcing, screening, and calling candidates from our database to ensure we bring the best talent on board to drive our continued growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Field Sales Hiring:
Actively source, recruit, and screen candidates for field sales positions across multiple locations.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand the specific requirements of each role and tailor recruitment strategies accordingly.
Database Management & Outreach:
Use existing candidate databases and sourcing channels to identify and engage with potential candidates.
Conduct phone screenings to assess candidates' suitability for various sales roles.
Interview Coordination:
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a smooth and professional experience.
Qualifications:
Qualifications
1-3 years of experience in recruiting for sales roles, particularly in field sales.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with candidates over the phone.
Experience in using recruitment databases and job boards to source candidates.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple positions simultaneously.
Bachelor's / Master's degree in HR or related field preferred.
Language preferences: Hindi (Mandatory) & English
Compensation: Upto 3.5 LPA
