As a Partnership Intern, you will work closely with our Partnerships & Business Development team to identify, engage, and manage relationships with potential technology, channel, and integration partners. This is a hands-on role, giving you exposure to B2B SaaS sales cycles, partner ecosystem building, and HRTech market dynamics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Market Research & Prospecting: Identify potential partners (ATS providers, HR consultants, SaaS marketplaces, HR communities, etc.) and compile target lists.
  • Outreach & Communication: Draft and send partnership proposals, emails, and LinkedIn messages under guidance.
  • Data Management: Maintain partner pipeline and track interactions in CRM tools.
  • Coordination: Assist in scheduling and preparing for partnership meetings, demos, and webinars.
  • Content & Collateral: Support the creation of partnership decks, case studies, and co-marketing materials.
  • Reporting: Track KPIs, compile progress reports, and present weekly updates to the team.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree (Final Year/4th Year) in Engineering, Business, Marketing, HR, or related field.
  • Strong written & verbal communication skills in English.
  • Comfortable with online research, data handling, and professional outreach.
  • Interest in HRTech, SaaS, or business partnerships.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.

Good to Have

  • Knowledge of LinkedIn networking or cold emailing.
  • Prior internship or college project experience in sales, marketing, business development or partnerships.
  • Awareness of ATS, HR software, or B2B SaaS tools.
