Responsibilities:

  • Understanding Hiring Requirements – Coordinate with hiring managers to analyze manpower needs and job specifications.
  • Job Advertising – Draft and post job descriptions on portals, company website, and social media platforms.
  • Candidate Sourcing – Use databases, LinkedIn, referrals, job fairs, and networking to find suitable candidates.
  • Screening & Shortlisting – Review applications, conduct telephonic/virtual screenings, and shortlist profiles.
  • Interview Coordination – Schedule and manage interviews with candidates and panel members.
  • Assessment & Selection – Assist in candidate evaluation through tests, assignments, and structured interviews.
  • Offer Management – Handle salary negotiations, prepare offer letters, and finalize joining formalities.
  • Onboarding Support – Ensure smooth joining of new employees by coordinating pre-joining and induction processes.
  • Database & Reporting – Maintain candidate records, recruitment MIS, and hiring status reports.
  • Employer Branding – Represent the company positively to potential candidates, strengthening its brand image.
  • Compliance – Ensure recruitment process aligns with organizational policies and labor regulations.
  • Talent Pipeline Creation – Build and maintain a pool of potential candidates for future hiring needs.
