Role & responsibilities

  • Recruits, Interviews, and facilitates the hiring of qualified job applicants for open positions and collaborates with departmental managers to understand skills and competence required for opening
  • To ensure MIS requirements are fulfilled accurately & timely relating to HR functions.
  • Completing all assigned tasks and assisting with day-to-day operations.

  • Highly Organized and detail oriented filed operations and banking specialist to manage our company's bank accounts and conduct regular site visits to vendors and other office related work.

  • Ensure general management of the office, overseeing operational efficiency, effective communications, and other types of strategic and tactical planning.
  • Maintain facilities management, including space planning/design, vendor contracts and relations, and facilitation of all office functions and services.
  • Act as primary liaison between the company, staff, and office building management, providing information, answering questions, and responding to requests.
  • Oversee and achieve organizational goals while maintaining an efficient, productive, and positively cultured office and employee experience.
  • Book travel arrangements.
  • Provide general support to visitors.
  • Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients.
  • Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers.
  • Housekeeping management
  • Compliance related to Admin.
  • Budget preparation
