Position Overview
The HR Executive will take ownership of the full lifecycle for new joiners and departing employees including onboarding, induction, exit processes, and document management. This role ensures every transition is smooth, compliant, and well-documented, while maintaining HR records and files in a structured and audit-ready manner.
Key Responsibilities
Onboarding & Induction
Manage pre-joining formalities: gather and verify offer letters, background check documents, signed contracts, and other employee paperwork. SHRM+2Expertia+2
- Coordinate with hiring managers, IT, administration, facilities, and other stakeholders to ensure workstations, system access, equipment, and facilities are ready on the first day. Startup Jobs+2taggd+2
- Facilitate new hire orientation, including company overview, policies, role expectations, HR systems, and introductions to team and culture. Expertia+2SHRM+2
- Provide support and follow-up during the onboarding period, collecting feedback and ensuring new employees settle in successfully. Expertia+2Startup Jobs+2
Maintain onboarding checklists, track completion of required tasks, and continuously improve onboarding workflows based on feedback. Expertia+2Startup Jobs+2
Offboarding & Exit Management
Oversee end-to-end offboarding: process resignations or terminations, coordinate clearances, manage system access revocation, and ensure timely return of company assets. Jobaaj+2Service Farm+2
- Conduct exit interviews, document key insights, and work with HR leadership to identify improvements in retention and transition processes. Jobaaj+2Service Farm+2
- Ensure final settlements, paperwork, certifications, experience letters, and company documentation are processed in line with policy and legal requirements. Jobaaj+2taggd+2
Maintain records of leavers including exit documentation, clearance forms, and transition status. Jobaaj+2LinkedIn+2
Documentation & Records Management
Maintain employee records (physical and digital) — including offer letters, contracts, amendments, performance reviews, training certificates, and other HR documentation — ensuring confidentiality, accuracy, and compliance.
- Update and manage HR databases or HRIS with timely and accurate information.

Compliance, Audit & Coordination
