The ideal candidate should be very tech and social media savvy and have a keen interest in recruitment and talent acquisition.Key Responsibilities:- Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for various roles (both Tech and Non-Tech). - Coordinate interviews and maintain candidate databases. - Support the recruitment team in daily hiring operations. - Develop validated candidate databaseRequirements:- Bachelor’s degree in any field. - 1–3 years of experience in recruitment/TA - Strong convincing and selling acumen. - Strong communication and coordination skills. - Good head hunting skills and knowledge of boolean search - Willingness to work fully from office in south Kolkata.Additional Information:- Remuneration would be as per market standards.
