The Recruiter must have experience in using job portals like linkedin, naukri etc and should have the skills to think out of the box to hire the right talent.Qualifications- Recruitment and Talent Acquisition skills - Must have 2-4 yrs of experience as a recruiter. - Experience in conducting interviews and evaluating candidates - Knowledge of HR policies and procedures - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines - Attention to detail and organizational skills - Experience with applicant tracking systems - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
