Role Overview

We're looking for a
Business Development Manager
who can lead our sales and client acquisition efforts. This role is perfect for someone passionate about
construction innovation
and eager to introduce a
new disruptive technology
to the Indian market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and build relationships with
    real estate developers, contractors, architects, and government bodies
    .
  • Generate leads and convert them into
    pilot projects
    (housing, infrastructure, private villas, commercial spaces).
  • Develop and execute a
    sales strategy
    to expand 3DCP adoption in India.
  • Work closely with the technical team to
    present solutions and ROI to clients
    .
  • Represent the company at
    industry events, exhibitions, and networking forums
    .
  • Create proposals, handle negotiations, and close deals.

What We're Looking For

  • 3–6 years of experience in
    construction, real estate, or B2B project sales
    .
  • Strong network with developers, architects, and infrastructure stakeholders.
  • Excellent
    communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
    .
  • Entrepreneurial mindset – ability to work in a
    startup-like environment
    .
  • Passionate about
    innovative building technologies
    and sustainability.
