Job Post: Outsourced Sales & Marketing Partner for Interia Engineering Service
About Us:
Interia Engineering Service is a specialized provider of 3D Design, Drafting, and 3D Printing Solutions, supporting industries with innovative engineering design and manufacturing services. We are now expanding our reach and are looking to outsource our Sales & Marketing activities to a capable professional or agency.
Scope of Work:
We are seeking an experienced Sales & Marketing Partner who can:
- Generate leads and acquire new clients for our design and 3D printing services
- Develop and execute digital and offline marketing strategies
- Build and manage distributor/retailer networks for our 3D products
- Handle customer inquiries, presentations, and follow-ups
- Promote our brand through social media, online platforms, and industry connections
- Drive measurable growth in sales and customer base
Requirements:
- Proven experience in Sales & Marketing (preferably in Engineering, Manufacturing, or 3D Printing industries)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and client management skills
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets
- Knowledge of digital marketing, B2B lead generation, and sales funnels
- Previous experience in outsourcing/agency partnerships is a plus
Engagement Model:
- Outsourced role (Freelance/Consultant/Agency)
- Flexible collaboration structure (remote/onsite depending on project needs)
- Compensation: Performance-based commission / Monthly Retainer + Incentives (to be discussed)
