**Principal Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement **sales strategies** to achieve targets.
- Identify and pursue **new business opportunities**, including B2B and B2C sales.
- Manage the **end-to-end sales process**, from lead generation to closing deals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with **clients, distributors, and channel partners**.
- Conduct **product presentations, demos, and negotiations** with potential customers.
- Analyze **sales data and market trends** to optimize performance.
- Develop and execute **marketing campaigns** to boost brand visibility.
- Collaborate with the **digital marketing team** to enhance online presence.
- Plan and participate in **trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events**.
- Conduct **market research** to identify customer needs and competitor strategies.
- Work with the **product development team** to align marketing strategies with product features.
- Manage **social media engagement, content marketing, and advertising efforts**.
- Minimum **2 years of experience** in a sales and marketing role in a **product-based company**.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
