Graduatein any discipline preferably with diploma/certificate of officeadministration/accounting/HR/Computer operationfield.


Minimum 1year of experience in office work as clerk/admin assistant/accountsassistant/front office assistant etc. in a training/teachinginstitution and or relevantindustry.


Key Areasof Responsibility andAccountability

Responsible forexecuting daytoday operations of the department to ensure smoothand efficient operations of theInstitute.

RecruitmentandStaffing:

Coordinate therecruitment process including job postings applicant screening andinterviewscheduling.

Collaborate withhiring managers to ensure timely and effective onboarding of newemployees.

EmployeeRelations:

Serve as a pointof contact for employee inquiries concerns andgrievances.

Complianceand PolicyAdherence:

Stay informedabout relevant labor laws government regulations and organizationalpolicies.

Ensure HRpractices comply with statutoryrequirements.

PerformanceManagement:

Support theperformance appraisal process providing guidance to employees andsupervisors.

Assist inaddressing performancerelated issues and implementing improvementplans.

TrainingandDevelopment:

Identifytraining needs and coordinate training programs to enhance employeeskills.

Facilitateworkshops and sessions on HRrelatedtopics.

DataManagement:

Maintainaccurate and uptodate employee records anddatabases.

Prepare reportsand analytics related to HRmetrics.
